Notes:
- Package construction means the customer is only responsible for construction permits, permission to use the pavement. After handing over the ground and power / water to us, we will do all the rest for construction until completion of the entire works or a part of works already concluded that in the construction contract.

Applying conditions:
- Total floor area > 280 m2.
- The investor is responsible for providing power and water source for construction.
The case of additional costs:
- Total floor area ≤ 280 m2.
- Can not deliver materials conveniently to the site by small truck.
- Site locate in the area of market, the delivering of construction materials is interrupted or we have to gather materials at night.
- The above packages don’t include: reinforced foundation costs, tape foundation costs, costs for work related to concrete piles, bored piles, melaleuca piles, the basement walls with > 60cm deep; outside scaffolding for the entire works, geological survey costs, surveying costs, cost for power meter, new water supply.
The calculation to determine the area of packages:
Notes of above picture:
- S = Total area for calculating the total cost of a package (D ~ length, R ~ width).
- For basement depth greater than 0.6 m, then every 2 m depth will be calculated as a floor. Tiled roof above the concrete floor will be counted as a floor; corrugated roof above the roof deck will be charged 70% of the area. Not subtracting the area of the floor holes.
